1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Squeaky Clean Experts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any related website, application, or communication channel. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

Squeaky Clean Experts provides professional residential cleaning services in the United States. Specific details of the service (type of cleaning, frequency, pricing, and special requests) are outlined at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address, access instructions, and service details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Recurring service schedules are subject to availability and may change due to holidays or operational needs.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All pricing will be provided prior to service confirmation, either as a flat rate or hourly rate depending on the selected package.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.
  • Unpaid balances may result in service suspension and collection activity as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the issue and, if warranted, arrange a re-clean or appropriate adjustment. Satisfaction guarantees do not cover conditions outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, permanent stains, excessive clutter).

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions for our staff.
  • Secure pets and valuables before the cleaning begins.
  • Provide electricity, running water, and access to the premises.
  • Notify us of any special surfaces, materials, or instructions requiring specific care.

8. Property Damage and Liability

Our cleaners exercise care and caution while performing services. However, accidents can happen. If damage occurs, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • The cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, or
  • The total cost of the cleaning service on the date of the incident.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or improper installation of household items.

9. Access to Premises

Clients must ensure that our team has safe and secure access to the property during the agreed service window. If access is denied or delayed beyond 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and a fee may apply.

10. Health & Safety

We comply with applicable health and safety regulations. Our staff are trained in the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. We reserve the right to decline service in any environment that poses safety risks (e.g., biohazards, extreme conditions, infestation).

11. Use of Customer Supplies

Unless otherwise specified, Squeaky Clean Experts provides all necessary cleaning products and tools. If the customer requests the use of their own products, the customer assumes responsibility for any damage or adverse effects caused by those materials.

12. Insurance and Employees

All staff are covered under appropriate workers’ compensation and liability insurance as required by law. Our cleaners are employees or verified contractors who have undergone background checks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeaky Clean Experts and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Squeaky Clean Experts or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client for violation of these Terms, unsafe behavior, or nonpayment.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
